Description
Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults.
**This workshop requires you make a commitment to attend four consecutive weekly classes to complete the full training.
Objectives
- develop meditation skills that can increase your attention and focus on the present moment
- develop stress-management skills
- broaden understanding of how mindfulness meditation can be used by college students
