VITAL (Visiting, Instructor, Temporary, Adjunct, Lecturer) faculty are responsible for a large part of the undergraduate teaching at our university. This AppLC will focus on supporting teaching and each other by providing community, sharing resources, and discussing opportunities for growth within the VITAL context.
