Description
Campus Connections are short 1-hour meet ups at various locations around campus. These events are designed to inspire you and the students you serve to become engaged campus citizens and form lasting relationships. The investment you make now will serve you well as you continue your service at AppState!
The work of Enrollment Management (EM) is dependent upon strong partnerships with campus stakeholders institution wide. EM strives to address the challenges associated with the changing landscape across higher education and remain focused on creating greater college access and lowering student debt. The division supports all Appalachian students while recognizing the unique needs of our students, including but not limited to: transfer students, first year students, graduate students, military affiliated students, underrepresented student populations, international students, students from rural areas, and first generation college students
This event will meet in the lobby of the John E. Thomas Building.
Objectives
- Educate new employees about the programs and services available to them and the students they serve.
- Provide an opportunity for new employees to network with others.
- Encourage employee engagement.
Prerequisites
- This workshop is reserved for new employees currently enrolled in the 90-Day Onboarding Course.
