Description

This two-part workshop will introduce participants to mindfulness meditation and how it can improve one's ability to be aware of the present moment. Research has shown that mindfulness can improve self-awareness, reduce stress, improve well-being and more.

A week of daily meditation practice between these sessions will support learning. Please register for both days.
