Learn about Appalachian State University's Crises Response Protocol for Suicide and Suicide Attempts and Student Death Protocol. You may download these protocols prior to the workshop at http://preventsuicide.appstate.edu/
Objectives
- Know your role in the event a student is thinking about suicide or has attempted suicide
- Know what to do in the case of a student death
- Understand memorial guidelines in the case of a student death
- Be aware of available resources if a student is suicidal or in the case of a student death
