Description
The UNC System adopted a new performance appraisal policy in February of 2016. This workshop will introduce the new policy, what is different, what's the same, and how it affects you. We will discuss setting goals, planning work, and rating performance at the end of the cycle.
This workshop is for SHRA employees and their supervisors.
(If you supervise ONLY EHRA employees, you will attend a separate training.)
Objectives
- Learn about the components of the new System-wide SHRA performance appraisal policy.
- Understand the changes and how they affect you and your employees.
- Get answers to your burning performance management questions.

- *Supervisors who manage SHRA employees.
- *Non-supervisors who are classified as SHRA.
