Description
Appalachian Proposal Preparation Lab is designed to assist grant-ready faculty develop their idea for funding and prepare a quality, review-ready proposal with valuable information and support from grant-experienced facilitators. It is a ten week program with weekly meetings on Thursdays between September and November.
Participants should expect to learn the skills and insights required to develop competitive grant proposals as well as participate in hands-on writing and workshop activities in and outside the lab hours.
Upon registration, participants will be prompted via email to submit a one-page synopsis of the idea they plan to develop during this lab in a Word document. Please include the funding agency and a link to the funding announcement if you have already identified one. If not, please indicate that no funding agency has been identified on your one-page Word document. Please direct questions to Karen Fletcher at fletcherkl@appstate.edu
