Join us each week as we discuss a different topic related to supervision. With a new and different topic each week, you're guaranteed to pick up information that will help you become a better manager and leader of people!

Nikki Crees and Jayne Greene will be presenting Learning/Thinking/Working Styles (Kolb). We will take a short inventory to consider our strengths and then discuss how to maximize strengths with your entire staff. We will also be sharing a list of other inventories/activities that can be used in staff retreats or departmental strategic planning.
