Description

The term "Still Point" reflects an essential aspect of the Alexander Technique (AT). Using or applying AT to our lives comes down to getting quiet within and touching this still point where we are neither moving towards nor away, yet we are far from stuck... We are taking time and we are finding support in the space and vitality of the still point.

During this workshop, you will experience the effects of contacting this "still point of support" within yourself and learn how to transfer that to mindfulness in your daily activities and presence in the classroom.
