Description
This workshop will help discussion leaders prepare for their Welcome Weekend discussion with new students, which is a combined discussion of what to expect in college and "The Laramie Project". Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the common reading book, "The Laramie Project", and get some ideas for discussing it with new students. Those who attend these sessions will also receive a poster and a Common Reading T-shirt to wear at Welcome Weekend.

Objectives
- Prepare discussion leaders for their Welcome Discussion with new students
- Successfully lead a discussion on the major themes surrounding "The Laramie Project"
- Prepare for frequently asked questions about college expectations

- Must be a Confirmed Welcome Weekend Discussion Leader
