Description
The word compass is a synonym for “capacity” as well as an instrument for charting a course. This series of workshops provides you the opportunity to build your leadership capacity as you plan for future leadership roles. Each workshop will focus on one competency and give you specific, actionable strategies to put to use in your work environment.
It takes all kinds of people to make up an organization, and with that comes differing opinions, competing interests, and divergent agendas. Conflict is inevitable, but it does not have to be unproductive. Effective leaders see conflict as an opportunity, not a problem.
*These workshops are based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies.
