Whether you are seeking to train one new employee or a large group of students, employees, or stakeholders, your virtual training can be as effective as face to face. In some cases, virtual training can be more effective than in-person sessions. The key is using appropriate methods and strategies.

This program addresses principles of instructional design, learner engagement, inclusive facilitation, effective use of technology and strategies to help you make the switch from "brick" to "click". We will discuss synchronous and asynchronous training options, including how to conduct interactive training on Zoom. Participants can earn a certificate by creating a training proposal that incorporates their skills and uses appropriate technology.

Each participant will have an opportunity to receive individualized consultation to plan an outstanding online learning experience for employees, students, and external stakeholders. This is a blended format course with synchronous sessions and asynchronous online modules.
