Description
This training program will provide valuable education for supervisors who wish to learn how to effectively recognize employees in the workplace. The 2 hour program is perfect for new supervisors, as well as experienced supervisors wishing to refresh their existing skills. Employee recognition is an excellent technique for acknowledging performance, motivating employees to enhance job performance, and increasing company loyalty.
Offered in partnership with graduate students in the IOHRM program.

- Determine when employees surpass quality expectations in the workplace.
- Establish performance benchmarks specifically tailored to your industry and the employee’s occupation.
- Gauge and distribute the appropriate amount of recognition an employee deserves.
