Course Description
A nutritionist from the Wellness Center will be discussing a healthy eating lifestyle. Faculty Fellow, Jean DeHart will share some of her cooking wisdom through a cooking demonstration. Colored vegetables will be available to cut, shape and use to design "faces" in a competition for the most creative veggie face. A representative from food services will discuss food choices in on-campus dining.
