Description
Mail (data) merge can save a lot of time when generating correspondence and mail-outs to a long list of recipients. But how much time time have you lost trying to decipher the process? Take a guided tour through the mail merge functionality of Microsoft Word 2010 for Windows and 2011 for Mac.

Prerequisites
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with operations like navigating the file system, saving and opening files, using a computer keyboard.
- For Windows users, familiarity with the Word 2010 interface. Taking the What's New in Word 2010 workshop is not required, but is recommended.
