Description
Supervisors will learn how to successfully navigate through the process of employee coaching and disciplinary actions. We will discuss ways to successfully address problem employees, and through positive coaching transform problem employees into productive, successful employees. Discussed also in this session will be the steps involved through the grievance and disciplinary process.
Prerequisites
- Participants must be accepted into the Supervisor Development Series (SDS).
