Description

The AGrants administrative electronic proposal approval training provides administrators with an overview of the electronic internal routing system (IPF) for externally sponsored projects and discussion of items that you will want to review carefully.

This session takes one hour and fifteen minutes, but the calendar is booked for additional time for individual participants who desire further assistance.

This session is open to University administrators with signature/budget authority for a department, center, college, or other unit and for administrative assistants who support these individuals.

This presentation will be lead by Yingqi Wang from Sponsored Programs on October 16, 2020. Registrants will be provided a separate Zoom link prior to the session.

Objectives

  • 1. Become familiar with the AGrants electronic review process for externally sponsored grants
  • 2. Discuss the review process
  • 3. Learn how to approve proposals in the AGrants system as a University Administrator
