Description
In this workshop users will get an overview of the top three core MountaineerApps (MountaineerMail, MountaineerCalendar, & MountaineerDrive).
MountaineerApps is how we are branding our Google communications and collaboration platform for Faculty, Staff, and Students. MountaineerApps is powered by Google Apps for Education and includes Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, and more.
Objectives
- Be able to login and logout of your MountaineerApps account
- Compose a message
- Open a mail message
- Archive a message
- Add labels to a message
- Search messages
- Create a filter for messages
- Change settings for mail
- Create a calendar Event
- Create Appointment Slots
- Sharing your calendar
- Identify appropriate content to be stored on drive
- Upload and download a document
- Create files and folders
- Share files and folders
- Identify sources for getting help with MountaineerApps
