Description

This 30-minute, virtual workshop introduces you to the new Grackle Workspace accessibility checker for Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. The new Grackle Workspace Chrome extension makes it easy to check and fix Google accessibility issues. It takes the guesswork out of creating accessible Google documents. By the end of the workshop, participants will know how to activate and use Grackle Workspace in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.

➡️ Hands-on portion - Stay after the initial information session for a hands-on portion where you will have an opportunity to practice using Grackle to check the accessibility of your Google files.

Objectives

  • Access and activate the Grackle Google add-on.
  • Use Grackle Docs to check the accessibility of Google Docs, Slides and Sheets.
  • Fix accessibility issues Grackle finds.
