Description
Career Pathways is designed to prepare employees to advance their career. This program will help employees learn more about themselves and their career options, empower employees with the knowledge and skills to make effective career decisions, and provide employees with tools and resources to help them put their plan in motion.
This will be a 3-day workshop. Coffee and lunch will be provided. Participants must attend all three sessions for attendance and to receive a certificate of completion.
Objectives
- Identify current personality type, skills, abilities, values and interests by taking an assessment and participating in activities.
- Identify potential career paths at App State University.
- Identify supports they can use to navigate their career development process.
- Create a career development plan.
