Description

Everyone is capable of demonstrating excellent customer service, which includes exceeding expectations and developing relationships with the customers. Great customer service can't be faked; it has to come from the heart! Join us for a chance to learn how to show empathy and compassion, excel at difficult interactions, and explore the University’s expectations for customer service.

This workshop is well-suited for an office or team to attend together, as it has teamwork components.
