Description
Meaningful goals are the foundation for success. Without a firm foundation, your personal or professional goals won't get off the ground. We will provide several frameworks to help you write goals, including S.M.A.R.T. goals. We will discuss goal setting in a broader sense as applicable to everyday life, as well as in relation to employee performance planning.
