Course Description

Conflict happens. It is inevitable. It arises from differing needs and perceived threats, whether or not the threat is real. If ignored over time, conflicts can be destructive, triggering strong emotions and escalating into relationships that result in hurt feelings, anger, rejection, and lack of trust. Who wants to live that way?!?

Proactively dealing with conflict increases self-confidence and enjoyment in life, both personally and professionally. Come learn how to constructively acknowledge, address, and resolve conflicts so that you can experience better understanding, productivity, and creativity in both your personal and professional lives.
