This training will provide a general overview of the position management and applicant tracking modules (for EHRA Non faculty & SHRA positions), workflows, forms, and functionality of the system.

- Effectively navigate AppState Careers, home page, and available resources.
- Gain an understanding of workflows and user types.
- Learn how to start and route new actions, postings, and hiring proposals.
- View and manage applicant materials.
