Description
This will be an introductory workshop regarding the process of policy making on campus. Participants will be introduced to the Appalachian State University Policy Manual, provided a description of the process of taking a policy from an idea, through drafting, vetting, review on campus and ultimately implementation after approval is received.

Objectives
- Participants will learn about the policy process (steps to take) on campus to get a policy from the idea stage through approval. Participants will learn the roles the offices and committees on campus play in the policy process.
