Course Description

Emotional Intelligence is a valuable skill to build relationships, leadership, and influence. This four part series covers the basics of the emotional intelligence model, dives deeper into the 4 competencies of EI, and gives you a chance to practice and apply these concepts to your life.

Day 1: Introduction and Preparation
Day 2: Self-Awareness and Self-Management
Day 3: Social Awareness and Relationship Management
Day 4: Cultural, Gender, and Leadership Implications and Learning Application

You must attend all four sessions of the workshop to get full credit or complete outside activities through the AsULearn course.
