Description
In this hands-on/demo workshop, walk through a performance appraisal in the AppState Careers site. This workshop will provide you with the step by step process for creating a supervisor evaluation. We will also share tips and strategies for giving and receiving feedback related to job performance.
Please bring a laptop computer with you if possible. If you do not have access to a laptop, please let us know so that we can try find one for you.
Prerequisites
- Open to supervisors of SHRA and EHRA non-faculty staff. Please be sure that you have access to your employees in the AppState Careers System.
