Description

The word compass is a synonym for “capacity” as well as an instrument for charting a course. This series of workshops provides you the opportunity to build your leadership capacity as you plan for future leadership roles. Each workshop will focus on one competency and give you specific, actionable strategies to put to use in your work environment.

Competency 2: Managing Complexity

The world and its problems become increasingly complex, and your success as a leader depends on finding the best solutions to problems with multiple moving parts. Managing complexity requires carefully defining problems while avoiding analysis paralysis. It requires involving others, and drilling down to gather data from multiple sources.

*These workshops are based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies.
