Description

The word compass is a synonym for “capacity” as well as an instrument for charting a course. This series of workshops provides you the opportunity to build your leadership capacity as you plan for future leadership roles. Each workshop will focus on one competency and give you specific, actionable strategies to put to use in your work environment.

Leadership is like a performance art; a courageous act where the leader steps out in front, challenges the status quo and initiates change. Leaders have to say that hard things, address the difficult issues, and champion causes that are often unpopular. Courage is not about being fearless, it is about balancing the fear and doing the hard things anyway.

*These workshops are based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies.
