Description
Microaggressions can negatively impact the work environment, undermining the positive work of inclusion in subtle, unintentional ways. This workshop will define microaggressions and give examples of the forms they take in workplace situations. We will examine why they occur, how to recognize them, address them, and how to prevent them from negatively impacting employees.
