Description
If you are feeling disoriented by the pace of change happening in the world right now, you are not alone. The current situation is rapidly evolving, causing lots of uncertainty, and requiring us to adapt and operate productively in ambiguous situations. As managers and leaders, we also must help lead others through this process.
This workshop will build upon the Navigating Change workshop to help you understand how to gauge where your employees are in the transition process related to current world changes. We will use the Change Navigator model to delve into strategies for leading others during times of transition.
This workshop will be offered live through Zoom webconference. You will receive a link to the session the day before.
