Description
Has your AsULearn page become a "scroll of death" over the years? Do you want to have some often-used information on your course homepage, but it seems to take too much space, or your students get tired of scrolling past it everyday? Sit in on this quick half-hour webinar to learn how to use the AsULearn "Bootstrap Elements" to your advantage in course design. You can use them to hide information in a 'Toggle' element that spills down and collapses, or in a 'Modal' element that opens in a floating window. And, all these elements work well on mobile devices, greatly aiding in course navigation.
This professional development session will be conducted entirely in a Zoom web-conference room. You may participate in this session from any Internet-connected computer, on or off-campus. You are not required to have a webcam or microphone to participate in the session, but it may enhance your experience to have them. Once you register for the workshop you will be sent additional information on preparing for this webinar. During the webinar time, here's the Zoom meeting join link: https://appstate.zoom.us/j/911838594 (cut and paste, please).
