Description
Workshop leader: Vicki LeQuire (with Emory Maiden)
Do you wish you could streamline your online course materials? Does your Moodle page resemble an ominous "scroll of death?" Do your students groan when you announce an online assignment? If so, then this workshop is for you!
Moodle Zen is an easy way of operating within the Moodle you already use in order to streamline your course and simplify its use for your students. In this hands-on workshop, you will navigate through Moodle Zen functions and learn how to set up a "hidden" Teacher's Resource section which makes zenning your Moodle experience possible. The bonus for students is that, with Moodle Zen, everything they need for an assignment is in one place. The bonus for instructors is that Moodle Zen allows you to cut the clutter and create both functional and attractive Moodle pages.
