Description
The word compass is a synonym for “capacity” as well as an instrument for charting a course. This series of workshops provides you the opportunity to build your leadership capacity as you plan for future leadership roles. Each workshop will focus on one competency and give you specific, actionable strategies to put to use in your work environment.
Effective leaders use feedback and reflection to identify their strengths and weaknesses. The ability to clearly assess your own competency as well as an openness to the feedback of others are the hallmarks of self-aware leaders. However, you must be willing to act on this knowledge, even when it may be uncomfortable.
*These workshops are based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect competencies.
