Description
Walking meditation is a simple, yet profound way to practice mindfulness meditation and can be practiced anywhere. Connecting breath awareness with walking helps to train the mind to be even more present and focused. In this class you will learn how to practice walking and breath meditations alone and then you will be instructed on how to combine them to create an even deeper experience of meditation. We will also explore ways to incorporate these powerful meditations into your daily life. Walking meditation is especially helpful for people with ADHD or for people who are more active by nature. Many people who find sitting meditations difficult are able to experience meditation more easily through mindful walking.
