Join Academic Technologies for this 30-minute virtual workshop focused on PowerPoint accessibility. This workshop will give you the knowledge and technical skills to create accessible slideshows. You will learn about the features that make PowerPoints accessible and how to check and improve the accessibility of existing presentations.

➡️ Hands-on portion - Stay after the initial information session for a hands-on portion where you will have an opportunity to practice with PowerPoint's accessibility checker.

Objectives

  • Identify the attributes of accessible slideshows.
  • Use the built-in accessibility checker in PowerPoint.
  • Fix accessibility issues in PowerPoint.
