Crest Academy is the first level of the Summit Series leadership development program, designed for emerging or new leaders. This cohort-based program takes three months to complete and includes in-person workshops, networking options, virtual learning, and independent time for on-the-job application, promoting skill development.

*Please note that by registering for Crest Academy, you plan to dedicate weekly time during a period of 3 months to participate and engage in this program. A week before the first in-person workshop, you will be sent an assessment to complete that must be done before the first day of Crest. To successfully complete the cohort and receive your certificate, active participation in activities, discussions, and in-person workshops is required. By registering in Crest Academy, it is assumed you will be available to attend the in-person workshops on these dates and times (depending on the content that day, you may or may not be there for the full 3 hours):
