Ridge centers on the core pillar of Leading Others. This targeted cohort experience helps participants strengthen their leadership presence by building the skills to coach effectively, deliver meaningful feedback, and foster psychological safety across the team. From navigating team dynamics and managing multiple generations to increasing engagement and leading with purpose, Ridge empowers leaders to build trust, cultivate high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact within their organization.
