Description
This workshop provides step‑by‑step guidance on setting up U.S. and foreign vendors, including prospective employee vendor setup. Participants will also learn how to enter and manage Direct Pays and Purchase Orders in Yo‑Mart, understand when to use each payment method, and identify the required forms, routing processes, and approval rules. The session also covers how to track invoice and payment status, foreign payment requirements, entertainment‑related tax considerations, and best practices for ensuring timely and compliant processing. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
