Join North Carolina Biotechnology Center (NCBiotech) representatives Jonathan Snover and Tracey du Laney for an information session discussing NCBiotech’s resources and funding opportunities in the life sciences. Get insights, keys to success, and Q & A.

Jonathan will discuss the role of the NCBiotech in reimagining the Life Science economic opportunities in WNC after Hurricane Helene. Tracey will present information on NCBiotech’s research grant funding programs, which are designed to advance promising scientific discoveries and technologies developed in N.C. colleges, universities, and non-profit institutions towards commercialization. These grants fill critical funding gaps in stages where it is typically difficult to secure funding.

Supporting COllaborative Research across the Enterprise (SCORE)’s mission is to empower and celebrate collaborative research efforts of Appalachian State’s faculty and staff through research talks, agency information sessions, and support service highlights. SCORE aims to foster successful research and creative collaborations by providing services and frameworks to navigate administrative processes, build connections, and execute successful projects.
