Description
During the Fall 2023 semester, a steering committee on artificial intelligence (AI) was formed in light of its rapid proliferation in business, government, higher education, and virtually all aspects of life. The committee developed a Syllabus Guidance document to provide App State instructors (faculty and staff) with assistance in managing students’ appropriate use of AI to complete course assignments. This workshop intends to provide practical suggestions for addressing the principles laid out by the Task Force on AI.
Objectives
- Participants will be able to effectively integrate the Syllabus Guidance document into their course syllabi to develop clear and practical guidance for their students.
