Description
During the Chancellor's Department Chair Institute Summer 2022, chairs identified a goal for departmental change during the 2022-2023 academic year. In addition, many chairs attended the two-day December institute to learn about equitable faculty workloads. With so many priorities, it can be challenging to lead long-lasting change in our departments. This session is designed as a check in as we continue to lead significant change in our departments during this academic year. Join us in this workshop as we converse about our progress and challenges and troubleshoot strategies for reaching our goals.
