Description

The purpose of this session is to demonstrate how the roles played by the Employee Relations Consultant and you as a manager come together in a partnership throughout the disciplinary process.

Objectives

  • Differentiate between staff employee types
  • Identify when situations or concerns may warrant beginning the disciplinary process
  • Provide relevant background information to support taking disciplinary action
  • Understand general implementation of the SHRA Disciplinary Action Policy & Disciplinary Process for EPS Employees
