Description
After achieving tenure, it can be challenging to decide where to channel your energy. Whether it’s research, teaching, service, moving on to administration or on to something else, the options and demands can be overwhelming, and it is often challenging to see beyond a packed weekly schedule. This workshop is a first step in taking on the task of creating your career after tenure. Attendees will be introduced to various planning tools and resources that can help them identify their goals for their career and that can help them evaluate and plan for reaching those goals.

- Learn about various tools and resources to aid in planning post-tenure career
- Identify goals for post-tenure careers
- Begin to design a 5-year plan
