Description
Congratulations! You’ve made it to a career at an amazing academic institution in a beautiful setting. Now what? It’s time for the hard work of making everything work together in balance as you progress towards achieving your personal and professional goals. Data from past cohorts of early career faculty members indicate that this is easier said than done--insufficient time and competing priorities loom large for new academics. Come to this session to converse with a panel of seasoned faculty members who seem to have this balance all (or mostly) figured out.
