Description

Have you wondered how you can utilize group work more effectively in an online environment? This workshop will provide you with one method for engaging students in group work throughout the semester. Learning Teams are small groups of students that work together over the course of the semester to learn, process, and apply the course content. Strategies will be presented to help you set-up and coordinate Learning Teams, set a focus for Learning Team sessions, and hold students accountable through assignments and instructor monitoring. Participants will discuss how they might utilize Learning Teams in their own online courses.
