Description

This introductory/refresher course will provide information on how researchers can create and manage data in SPSS. We will provide hands-on training to help participants master setting up their database so that planned analyses will go smoothly.

Objectives

  • Understand the meaning of every column in SPSS variable view.
  • Use syntax to manage their data set.
  • Create new variables by using “compute” and “recode” functions.
