Description

Externally sponsored fellowships offer excellent opportunities for faculty to initiate, further or complete research and creative activities over a 6 - 12 months period of time. This funding is an especially important source of support for faculty in the humanities, though relevant to most any discipline. However, most of these opportunities, even those which are nationally recognized, do not provide full salary replacement for faculty seeking time away from campus to focus on a particular creative or scholarly project. Come join us for a lively presentation and conversation to demystify the fellowship application process.
