Description
Did you know that students can earn a civic engagement certificate at App State? This official marker goes on a student’s transcript after taking 12 credit hours of designated service-learning courses as well as a senior capstone project. Civic engagement certificate students also wear a special stoll at graduation.
Interested in designating a class you are teaching as an official service-learning course? This workshop will cover the basics of service-learning designation and what typically goes into such classes.
