Description

This session explores the rapidly evolving role of generative AI in higher education and how faculty can review and modify current practices, designing assignments that promote authentic learning and reduce the risk of unwanted AI-enabled submission. We'll introduce a simple framework (red/yellow/green light) for communicating clear AI use policies to students.

  • Analyze the impact of AI on your pedagogical practices.
  • Revise or create assignments that promote significant learning and are less susceptible to the misuse of AI.
  • Explore frameworks that help you communicate expectations about AI use to students.
